At Fleming & Sons, we value high standards of workmanship, quality products and positive customer service.
To ensure these standards are maintained, here is what we guarantee every customer
1.
ON TIME ARRIVAL
Our customers are given a window for arrival and we will notify you when we are on our way, with the exception of the first appointment in the day where a time will be given. Any issues, we will always be in contact.
2.
UPFRONT PRICING
We quote our jobs where possible and charge by the job and not by the hour. This would be after a site visit and any changes will be discussed before carried out.
The only exception to this rule would be tasks such as fault finding which would only be estimate of time needed.
3.
CLEANLINESS
We promise to always clean up after ourselves and leave things the way they are found. We even remove any rubbish that is created by us while on site.
4.
WARRANTY
Our installations are covered by a 12 month warranty and products that are supplied by us are under a 6 month warranty along with the manufacturers in home warranty. Any issues once the work is complete, let us know and we will be back to fix it straight away.
5.
LICENSED SERVICES
All services performed by Fleming & Sons Electrical are done so by licensed electricians and air conditioner installers, ensuring you a high quality job right until completion.
